Fireworks Bead Making Kit by MichelleSharma on February 5, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I am a 1st timer to bead making - and I only ruined 1 bead! It was fun and easy to use - once I got over the initial 1st bead! I ended up making 5 in a row after that! and I am looking forward to giving it another go tomorrow!! :D
Cons
The info on the dvd was the exact same free video offered here on Delphi's website - so don't waste your time with it, and the ring to attach to the torch is a bit tricky at 1st (took me a few tries to get it adequately secured).
Other Thoughts
I enjoyed it so much, that as soon as I am able I will upgrade to the oxygen/propane torch and gases!

Silberschnitt Running Pliers by lebonchat on February 4, 2009 5 stars
Pros
-Breaks even the tightest inside curve -works even when you start in the middle -Orientation of the pliers doesn't seem to matter as much as with standard running pliers
Cons
Really haven't found any yet!
Other Thoughts
I bought these pliers when, after a move, I misplaced my others. Now I will never go back. These are the best, ever. Once you try them, you will realize they are worth the extra money.

Bullseye Thinfire Shelf Paper - 20-1/2" x 20-1/2" Sheet by intothelight.meiske2401150327 on February 3, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I was trying to save money by using an economical brand of shelp paper and decided on a whim to try Bullseye's thinfire shelf paper and it was well worth it. Although it's a bit more expensive, you will love the results...a nice smooth finish on the back of your piece and absolutely no residue. I was also getting detrification on some of my pieces every time I fired a batch and now realize that is was from the cheaper shelf paper burnoff, because now that I've switched to Bullseye thinfire, absolutely no white patches on my pieces at all (after at least 10 firings)!
Cons
Like other customers, I wish there was a smaller roll available at a more reasonable price.
Other Thoughts
This is the first product in a long time that I've taken a chance on and I am completely satisfied with it.

Circle Pendants Mold by dshank on February 2, 2009 4 stars
Pros
I like the small size. It is a perfect size for the key rings
Cons
I had not filled it enough with frit. Remember to overfill as the frit compacts on melting.

Pros
Breaking out inside curves just got easier! These Ringstar pliers are an absolute essential to add to your toolbox. You do need to take your time and listen to the score as you're running it, but with this tool I'm able to break out curves that didn't stand a chance before. I recommend this tool to everyone I know.

Ultimate Cutter's Mate Starter Kit by dmartens on February 2, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Cutting even the toughest glass is a piece of cake with the Cutters Mate! I use this tool to cut all of my projects. The handle is perfectly weighted so that even the deepest inside curves will usually break without a problem. I suffer with arthritis in my hands, and this tool has given new life to my stained glass efforts as I no longer suffer hand strain using the cutter. The Circle Pro is absolutely essential if you cut a lot of circles or arches, and the strip cutter is the easiest one I have ever used. All told, this is the best investment I have made for quality tools, and it's even made in the U.S.A.!
Cons
Can't think of any.

Oceanside Clear - 96 COE by malibu on February 2, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Great workhorse of glass. Adds another dimension to fused work by adding another layer without taking away from the overall design. Easy to cut and work with.
Cons
Non so far
Other Thoughts
This glass has done everything that I have asked it to do by filling in patterns and adding another layer. Very consistent and user friendly.

10" Rimmed Dinner Plate Mold by malibu on February 2, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I was looking for a plate mold that wasn't too small but not so big that I couldn't fire two at a time in my kiln. This was just the right size.
Cons
Non so far.
Other Thoughts
I had to adjust my slumping schedule to get two layers of glass to slump all the way into the mold.
