Product Reviews

Fabulous. Ships in perfect condition, Even a novice can score and break on the score first time cutting glass. Color is true and works well on black thin fusible. WOW. What a great product.
Cons
To date, I see NO cons.

Pros
Great price and very versatile (see below)!
Cons
None!
Other Thoughts
There are so many ideas for which it can be used whether to create a pattern and slump the glass over it or to create channels in pendants and other items that you might want to hang like chimes, ornaments, and suncatchers. After firing, when you remove it from the glass, instead of throwing it away, save it, because I'm sure there's a use for it - if anything to add some kind of mold compound to it to create your own mold - just an idea that came to mind - I'll have to try it myself one day. :) Also, you can make smaller channels by pulling the rope apart.
Pros
This is our favorite glass! Nice multi-color glass for many projects.
Cons
None.
Other Thoughts
We like to use this glass capped and uncapped. Both ways are striking!
Pros
-Comes with everything you need.
-Good assortment of glass rods.
-Literally all you need is safety glasses and a can of MAPP gas to get started.
Cons
-Instructional DVD is BRIEF and could easily be improved. It is very similar to a clip seen on this website
Other Thoughts
Very fun craft. Takes some skill. Kids would need very close supervision (duh! open flame!!!) No complaints, no regrets. Great price for beginner bundle.
Pros
I love Thnfire Shelf Paper. It eliminates the need to kilnwash shelves which can be messy and time consuming. Shelves are ready for firing when I need them. I just cut off a piece the size of the project that I'm firing and I'm all set to fire.
Cons
I have not discovered any cons for Thinfire.
Other Thoughts
When I first discovered Thinfire I thought I would use it only occasionally. Because of how easy it is to use I now use it every time I fire.
Pros
Best paper for firing! Never have a problem.
Cons
No cons.
Other Thoughts
Much better than kiln wash with less clean-up. Very convenient.

This bail is great for almost all pendants and looks very nice.
Pros
This bails are perfect for smaller pendants with a shiny silver finish.
Cons
6 x 15mm opening does not accommodate some chains.
Other Thoughts

Pros
very cool color to work with different reactions with ivory.
Cons
has a tendency to drown some colors

Pros
These are really good for fusing onto jewelry. It doesn't take too long, it's easy, and people love them.
Cons
Just don't let it soak in the water too long.
Other Thoughts
Pros
This worked best for me with a brush, as paint. I painted a wash on a white piece of glass and layered a clear piece with flowers, landscape, etc. It was 3D and awesome! I also painted on fusible paper (dogs) and was happy with that, fused between clear glass.
Cons
I'd prefer a standard cap option, since the little caps don't stay on well and the "paint" dries.
Other Thoughts
The range of colors is great.
Pros
One of my favorite molds. It looks fabulous when used with iridized glass, many uses, great for backgrounds.
Cons
no cons
Other Thoughts
Pros
These bails look great on a variety of glass designs. They give the necklace a finished, elegant touch.
Cons
The right glue must be used to make the attachment permanent, but that's consistent with all glass projects.
Other Thoughts
Pros
The bails create a nice, finished look and suit many sizes of earring designs.
Cons
I'd like to see a larger quantity available per unit.
Other Thoughts
Pros
Good color saturation, and a nice addition to palette of materials for fusing. I made tapa design dishes where I drew designs on top and between layers of glass. On top, it creates a matte accent.
Cons
Difficult to hold & squeeze consistently to create uniform lines, made my hand cramp up when drawing an intricate design.
Other Thoughts
"Paint" would be a more appropriate name than "pen".
Pros
Mixes well. When wet is slightly purple, dries white so you know where you have put your wash. Layers well. Lasts long.
Cons
No complaints.
Other Thoughts
Have not ever used another wash before.
Pros
I purchased this grinder 2.5 years ago and it shows no signs of wear and tear. It is stable, has enough power for my hobbyist use and is meeting my expectations. Would recommend it.
Cons
The bit that came with it developed bare spots after a year or so but not sure if that's due to user inexperience, normal life expectancy or just not a very good bit.
