Pros
This was the second glass saw I tried. My first was a bandsaw which I hated. This saw was easy to use and enabled me to make those formerly "impossible" cuts. It's compact size was a welcome addition to my small studio. The instructional video was easy to follow but practice was the best teacher.
Cons
The saw was very noisy. The blades don't seem to last long and are expensive to replace.
Other Thoughts
As a starving artist, I thought long and hard about making this somewhat expensive purchase. It was worth the money!
Pros
Great little shelf for my paragon sc2 kiln. Thin enough that I can still slump glass on my stainless candle cup mold. Thick enough I don't have to worry about shifting from a wobbly shelf!
Cons
None.
Other Thoughts
This is the only site I have found that carries these ceramic/stone shelves. Love that!!
Pros
The deep color is very saturated. It is a great substrate for dichro jewelry. I use it in stained glass as well. So this glass does double duty. It scores and breaks easily, it always fuses beautifully with other 90coe, it come from one of the top manufacturers.
Cons
The purple is so deep it needs a strong light to bring out its color. It can often appear black.
Other Thoughts
For me it is a must have.
Pros
Perfect background glass for yellow flowers as it suggests depth.
Cons
None really; the piece I received was not as dark in the shadow areas as the photo suggests.
Other Thoughts
Pros
Great background glass for skies behind greenery. The mottles add depth quite nicely.
Cons
I'm not sure why but when photographed in certain light conditions the glass appeared to have a pinkish tinge.

Pros
I love all of these deep pendant plates. They are great for a variety of uses--they are sturdy and deep enough to layer different mediums within them. I use them for mini-mosaics and scrapbook collage jewelry and have not found anything I like better.
Cons
If you buy in bigger bulk, you get a good price break.
Other Thoughts
These are a great item, and you won't be disappointed.

sometimes looks streaky once fired, and smells awful when you're using it
