Product Reviews
Pros
Have found all patinas work best if you use them just after polishing and also apply with a small piece of paper towel instead of a brush.
Cons
nothing so far
Other Thoughts
when first applied it looks nothing like what you think it is going to look like but it matches the copper zinc perfectly. I guess I was thinking it was going to look like copper foil. Glad it doesn't though. Don't worry about it looking like it is coming off after polishing - it isn't.
Pros
Easy to work with. All I use on my foil projects
Cons
cant say I have any
Other Thoughts
would definitely recommend to any one who uses foil.
Pros
This is the best glass cutter I've ever used and is well worth the money. I have suffered from numbing in my hands for many years but refuse to quit cutting glass, and this product allows me to continue doing what I love to do! With this cutter, you do not need to apply pressure, simply guide the cutting tool, it's so easy. The assembly directions are easy to follow and in minutes you are "good to go". I have had no problem cutting 6-7 inch pieces and can cut pieces even larger with some adjustments. I have found the waffle grid to be very useful and will soon purchase 2 or 3 more panels, as they really help stabilize the glass. Awesome product!
Cons
Other Thoughts
For the money, it would be beneficial to have four of the waffle grid panels.
Pros
These would be a great representation to link to my work. I like them alot
Cons
none

Pros
This works very well with your color laser printer. After the decal is baked, it is quite permanent. Can reproduce even fine details.
Cons
Waste would be my biggest concern.
Other Thoughts
Fun to be able to reproduce in color.
Pros
Odyssey's shade construction system is the easiest I've found (I also do candlemaking so using wax is not a problem). While this pattern is not a Tiffany reproduction it is definitely a well designed pattern in the vein of Tiffany Studio's finest work.
Cons
No cons really, just be aware that there are a lot of pieces to this pattern (1,125 of them) and take care when choosing glass. Not for the novice.
Other Thoughts
Realistic colors for the flowers work best, especially rusts or yellows, but also the right shades of purple can be quite beautiful too.
Pros
This sander really does the job. I love it! the belt are easy to change and it works perfectly every time.
Cons
It throws out a lot of water as all glass tools do. There is no good way to drain out the water in the reservoir
Other Thoughts
If mine breaks I will buy this one again.
Pros
This glass is GORGEOUS!
Cons
The online sample from which I ordered showed an evenly mottled glass with relatively uniform color. The mottled portion (which I needed for leaves) was not represented in the majority of the order. There were large portions of white and sections that would be more accurately described as streaky rather than mottled. See the samples I uploaded for a more accurate example of the glass sheets that I received. Each represents one square foot (12 inch x12 inch) tile. Still, the glass is absolutely beautiful. You should be aware when ordering, however, that the pattern is not uniformly mottled or colored.
Other Thoughts
Imagine your life as you wish it to be and those thoughts will manifest in your reality.
Pros
The streaks in this become muted after fusing and the glass ends up being a nice brown with subtle variations in tone. It looks like stone and makes a nice background or border.
Cons
If you are looking for a sharp contrast, especially with the black, you won't get it.
Other Thoughts
Pros
This paper is great! It doesn't turn to dust, so clean-up is a breeze. I was able to get two full-fuse firings out of one piece...so that's like getting two sheets for the price of one!
Cons
As another reviewer mentioned, if you plan to reuse the paper, be sure to let the glass come down to room temperature before removing the piece from the paper (or at least give it the nudge test...if it moves, you are good to go, if not, let it continue to cool), otherwise the paper will stick to your project. If this happens, it is still easy to remove with some water, but you won't be able to reuse it.

Pros
Aggressive Blade
Cons
None so far!
Other Thoughts
Love this blade....kind of pulls the glass itself...you don't have to apply to much pressure. Great blade!
Pros
This glass cutter was much easier to use than the first one I purchased (a simple one from Home Depot). It was decently easy to get a straight cut working by myself and it was still working great for >40 bottles. The price is also really good.
Cons
Cutting bottles is much harder than cutting flat glass (I've done some stained glass work before) and, even with this tool, expect many of your bottles to crack in strange places. Not really a criticism of this product, which I thought worked pretty great, but just so you're aware if you're buying it to cut bottles...
Other Thoughts
Pros
My glass pieces are contemporary and I love the look of this stand. Nice clean lines. It sets off my pieces nicely.
