Great for Production Work!
With tons of room and superior performance, it's no contest: this is the best kiln around. Perfect for artists who need space for volume firing or want to keep options open on piece size. This kiln is of course great for fusing, slumping and Pate de Verre, but it also provides excellent paint firings (very even). Features the built-in RampMaster with Express Mode digital temperature controller (see additional images), a viewing window, a curvy pattern heating element in the lid to discourage the element from drooping, and the Dyna-Lift system. Firing chamber measures 41-1/2" x 25-1/4" x 13-1/2" deep. 240 volt outlet, 50 amps. All kilns phase 1. See specifications for full product details.

This kiln is equipped with a solid state relay. Solid state relays have a much longer life span than traditional manual/mechanical relays. They are also much more energy efficient. Relying on a semiconductor instead of the electromechanical relays means no clicking sound when running.
