Product Reviews
Pros
This wide 1/2 inch came is just perfect for large stained glass panels. Its easy to cut and always gives you a professional finish.
Cons
Sometimes applying the black patina, if not careful, you get an almost brown tone.

Pros
Beautiful sparks of color!.
Not one bad fire. Each pc. fired perfectly even though I didn't fire to the recommended 1475F. Only went to 1465. I can only imagine what it will look like when fired correctly.
Cons
I don't have enough money to buy a hundred pounds!.
A minimum con would be to track down the actual item number when you find a pc. that you really can't live without.
Other Thoughts
Delphi did a great job of including different pc's of glass.
Pros
I have been using this oak framing stock for several years and find it an excellent finish to my large stained glass panels. The pre-finished nature of the wood makes staining and sealing a minor task. Since this is a quality hard wood I can miter cut and biscuit join the corners for a truly professional finish.
Cons
As will all natural wood products I do get an occasional piece that is less than "straight as a board". Slight deviations don't affect the framing effort since I don't usually need an entire six foot length for any one side. I did receive several unusable pieces once and Delphi immediately shipped me replacement pieces.
Other Thoughts
I tried creating my own wood framing on my table saw and even though this costs more the amount of time saved that could be spent on creating glass works makes it worth it.
Pros
The gift box is really nice, the set is really nice also
Cons
I found the pads for the cuff links to large for my tastes, The money clip is frosted but will take a high gloss polish if you take the time
Other Thoughts
Over all I was really happy and will buy more
Pros
Excellent construction. Nice switch in the front. Easy to assemble.
Cons
On most of my sockets I had to REALLY screw the bulb down very tight in order for it to light up. At first I thought some were faulty. It was just the bulb needing to be tightened. I'm used to it now, but thought the bulb would break with the amount of tension.
Other Thoughts
I haven't had one socket that didn't work and I'm very happy overall.
Pros
fantastic. fits perfectly in my Paragon SC 2 kiln. Many firings later, it still looks new!
Cons
None

When firing to high temperatures, will curl up around the glass and leave a dull finish.
Other Thoughts

Pros
The set is great for a beginner like me. I was able to sand blast a perfect design in my glass without too much difficulty. Once I hooked this system up to a compressor instead of the canned air, it worked great! I couldn't have asked for any better.
Cons
The canned air is useless, save your money and use a compressor instead. The canned air becomes cold after just a short time (45 to 60 seconds) and then it looses pressure, you have to stop and wait for the can to get warm again before you can do anymore work. I found this infuriating! I threw the cans away and hooked the system up to a compressor instead.
