Gryphon's core drill bits for glass artists feature the same high quality coating as their well-respected grinder bits. Diamond bits quickly and easily remove a complete circle in glass. Core bits work with a standard electric drill and only need water as a lubricant.  50mm core bit is equal to approximately 2".  Features a 12mm shank.

Water lily table fountain by artist Teresa Batten was created with fused flower molds and assembled using a core drill bit to accommodate the fountain and water flow. Fused glass sink by artists Val Oswalt and Roy Kapp was created using a core drill bit to create the hole to accommodate plumbing.
