Taurus 3 Ring Saw by Lauri_777 on July 17, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I love it. My bandsaw is now collecting dust. Wish I ordered the thin blade right from the start. The standard blade is a little too wide.
Cons
Dont mind the noise so I cant think of any cons.

Complete Beetle Bits Starter Kit by coakley on July 16, 2009 5 stars
Pros
This measuring and cutting system is easy to use. I mastered a couple of different kinds of cuts in just a few minutes. I haven't tried more complex cuts yet, but the instructions to do them seem very straightforward. The flying beetle cutter is easy to use and makes cutting strips of glass a breeze. I like the fact that the waffle grid system comes apart so that you can move it out of the way quickly or only use a portion of it for small projects.
Cons
None that I have yet discovered.

Foil Dispenser by mjshaw2620 on July 16, 2009 5 stars
Pros
Keeps foil neat, organized, and untangled. No need to constantly untwist foil as when laying foil rolls on the workbench.
Cons
Foil is exposed to oxidation issues.
Other Thoughts
I use several of these, one for copper backed foil, one for silver backed foil and one for black backed foil. Another idea is to keep the entire dispenser in a ziplock bag when not in use for an extended period - helps reduce oxidation.

Fuseworks Microwave Fusing Start-Up Kit - 90 COE by Charity B on July 15, 2009 4 stars
Pros
Everything is provided for you. There's no getting home from the craft store and then realizing that you forgot to buy something "necessary". Incredibly fast! Three minutes in the microwave and 30 minutes to cool. I'm assuming it has to be a lower energy usage compared to a conventional kiln.
Cons
Super small firing area. Made smaller by their directions of leaving 5/8" of space between the glass and the edge. All the glass including the confetti was packaged in regular plastic bags. Be very carefull how you handle them. Those sharp edges cut right through the plastic. I would have like to see a project booklet included. Because the kiln is so small I can see the potential of outgrowing it. Maybe this isn't as much a con because I can still use it for small projects.
Other Thoughts
I was very nervous the first time I used this kiln. I never took my eyes off the microwave "just in case". I was completely shocked when I pulled the kiln out three minutes later (just like the instructions said) and had a great piece of fused glass. I am a complete beginner at this type of thing. I'm not artistically talented by any means. I think this is a really good way to introduce yourself to fused glass.

Fusing Photo Paper - 10 Pack by Linda B on July 13, 2009 5 stars
Pros
This product works exactly as described when used as instructed. It clearly tells you before you purchase that it won't work without the right type of printer.
Cons
none when used properly!
Other Thoughts
My instructions did not say that the product works well uncapped. That works best for me because you don't risk a bubble trapped at an awkward place.

Pre-Cut Hummingbird Bevel Panel Kit by rbmons on July 13, 2009 4 stars
Pros
When I bought the panel when it first came out it was a very good bargain. It continues to be so with the amount of glass you get and the ease of working with the glass project.
Cons
First panel I got missed piece number 2 and had two pieces of number 34. Baroque glass used for background had some chipping to it and rough edges needing finish grinding.
Other Thoughts
Delphi replaced my first panel with a new panel to help me finish the project. Super customer service. Second panel had damaged baroque glass and I had to purchase replacement glass to reuse the second panel. Project is worth the money if you have access to a stained glass supplier that can replace the glass you are missing or chipped. But in my case too, I was missing wiring from the first kit but found in the second kit. Even the second kit had black marker pen on the glass that should have been cleaned off . . . not sure why it was used, but it was just an irritation. Curly cue hangers worked well . . . loved by all that saw them. Would consider rebuying the panel, but aware of the potential problems.

Taurus 3 Ring Saw by alexandrico on July 8, 2009 5 stars
Pros
I love this saw!! My previous saw threw water everywhere and cleanup on this saw is amazingly easy. I also love the round blade which allows me to create very intricate shapes, which I could not do before. Would highly recommend this saw to any one.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about this saw, it fits all of my needs.
