Designed to work with the Flying Beetle Glass Cutter #5428 (sold separately). Pros : I love this cutting system. keeps me straight. Before I got this I could not hand cut two pieces the same size. It is easy to use over and over.
Cons : Just a tiny bit too long for my workspace. When I get a real set up my counters will be the normal size and it will be perfect.
Other Thoughts : I recommend this cutting system for beginners.

Pros : easy to use better cuts and control nice work surface
Cons : Curves are not as easy
Other Thoughts : I love this cutting system and I have the flying beetle. It provides a clean and usable work space. it helps do better cuts whether for stained glass or fused glass. It is necessary if you want to have really accurate and quick cuts. I just don't have the ability to do the hand cuts as accurate. This gives you a good straight edge, whether at angles or straight. If you cutting small squares, this makes extra easy. Love the tool
