Pros : Works great. I only use it for circles 10" or more.
Cons : Sometimes I have trouble getting the suction cup to come off after cutting the glass.

Pros : This tool makes it very easy to cut a perfect circle.
Cons : It is not ideal for very small circles.
Other Thoughts : if you enjoy making plates, this tool will save you money in the long run because it will avoid botched cuts on glass.
